1.30 pm Friday 6th February 2026 at TAM JIAK Malaysian Restaurant Level 1 in the new $836 million dollar Sydney FISH MARKETS, described as ‘state of the Art’.
The SMH identified Tam Jiak as having high quality food at a fair price. Tam Jiak’s menu focuses on combining Asian flavours with premium seafood:
Authentic Malysian specials cooked by Jinda Khoo include Tom Yum Bombs, Curry Fitzpatrick Oysters, Scallops with Foie Gras, Angus Beef Rib with Char Siu Glaze, with Anchovy Chimichurri, Mud Crab and much more!
After lunch we will adjourn to the waterfront promenade for a cleansing ale, next to the Fisherman’s Fine Wine bottle shop.
Members will receive a glass of wine or beer on arrival.
